Last updated 6 October 2026

This notice explains what personal information Kent Pallet Trucks collects when you contact us through this website or do business with us, why we hold it, who we share it with and how long we keep it.

Who we are

Kent Pallet Trucks Ltd is responsible for the personal information described in this notice. In data protection terms, we are the controller.

If you have a question about your information, or want to use any of the rights below, call us or write to us at the address above.

What we collect

When you send us a message through this website, we collect what you type into the form: your name, your company if you give it, your email address, telephone number or both, your postcode if you give it, what your enquiry is about and your message.

Alongside that, the form records the page you sent it from and the type of browser you used. To stop spam and repeated automated messages, it also keeps a scrambled, one-way version of your internet (IP) address, which we cannot turn back into your actual address.

When you do business with us, by phone, email, in person or through this website, we keep the details we need to look after you: names and contact details of the people we deal with, company and site addresses, the machines we hire, sell or maintain for you, service and thorough examination records, quotes, agreements and invoices.

We don't ask for, and don't want, sensitive information such as health details, so please don't include it in a message.
